The purchase of products from this web site is governed by the following terms and conditions. By accessing the site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Contained in our terms and conditions are details of current regulations governing online shopping. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. If you intend to purchase from our site we recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.

We aim to deliver the best possible customer experience and adhere to all current and proposed legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights. These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you and, in order to clarify this, we have a published privacy statement.

PureCarModify.com Trading Company Limited  is committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will never disclose any information about you to any third party. When you visit some areas of our website, a 'cookie' will be placed on your computer. This is a small file that enables our site to improve the quality of your visit. You may be able to set your browser to reject cookies, although this may affect the quality of your visit.

Products

All items are subject to availability. All of our stock levels are up to date, but obviously errors can occur in our warehousing stock control. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.All made to order items - once the order is placed, it can not be cancelled.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock we will email you to let you know we can't fulfil your order. We do not accept back or special orders to help us control our pricing.

Methods of Payment

We can only accept payment in pounds Sterling. We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and PayPal. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time of input.

Some products contain some zero rated goods and the consolidated VAT rate is then reduced accordingly. We reserve the right to amend prices subject to change in the rate of duty. The total cost of your order is the price of the products including delivery charges.

 We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.

In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with PureCarModify.com trading Company Limited you, the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from PureCarModify.com Trading Company Limited  for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made via email, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to sales@PureCarModify.com.com

Made to order items can not be cancelled once the order has been placed.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.

Standard Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.

Please note :

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be processed once received.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I received the wrong item...

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact is via sales@PureCarModify.com.com or +44 (0)1206 86 55 44 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.


CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

We hope you will be pleased with everything you have bought from us but if you are unhappy with your Products, you can return them to us in accordance with the returns policy described in this section.

 

Right to cancel

 

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason unless the product is a custom order/ bespoke order.

 

The cancellation period will end after 14 days starting the day after you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the Product you ordered. Where you order multiple Products in one order or a Product is delivered in separate parts, lots or pieces, the cancellation period will end after 14 days starting the day after you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the last Product, part, lot or piece that makes up your order.

 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract with us by making a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). The easiest way to do this is to contact our Customer Services team.

 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Effects of cancellation


 

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than: (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any Products supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Products, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Products, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the unfair/unreasonable wear and tear of the Product which is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products. We may make a deduction from any reimbursement (you are entitled to from us) for such loss in value of any Products we supply.

 

Faulty or mis-described goods

 

If you are returning the Products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund: the price of the Product in full; any applicable delivery charges. As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by the returns policy or these terms and conditions of sale.  We will refund you only through the payment method used by you to pay.

 

How to return the Products

 

You must return Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable. We will collect the Products from the address to which they were delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection;

You will be responsible for the return costs of the products. We are happy to arrange collection but you can also use any carrier you want to return the items.

You must take care when opening packaging that the Products were delivered in and carefully re-pack the Products in the original (or similar) packaging prior to returning the Products to us. If any damage occurs from the point of collection from you and re delivery to us then you are liable for the cost of damage.

If the item is sent to you boxed then for us to be able to accept the return it must be returned in the same box it was sent to you in or we cannot accept the return.
